[Tinyos-help] Error: No such file or directory -> /dev/ttyS3

It seems like whatever I do,
Error: No such file or directory -> /dev/ttyS3
appears, even if I try to use a different device, like /dev/ttyS0. The
device name is not being updated. Do you know why? Am I missing a file,
which I may have accidentally deleted?
